对我公司提供的各型柴油发电机组，均可享有12个月或1000工作小时（以先到为准）保修，一切因发电机组制造缺陷引起的故障，均由我公司负责联系修复。机组易损件、日常使用消耗件、人为错误操作，疏忽保养导致的损坏不在此质量保证范围内。
For each category generator provided in our company, can share 12 mouths of 1000 work hours maintenace. All the troubles arise from the structure defect, we agree to repair.Otherwise, we don't provide the quality insurance such as wearing parts, daily used consumable parts, wrong man-made operation and maintenance

Free charge on providing with burden capacity analysis category selection technology consultation, assistance with machinery room collocation and facilities installtion planning.
培训 / Training
为使用户正确掌握各型发电机组的操作、使用和保养，我公司特地为用户免费提供现场或到我公司培训中心接受不同类型发电机组的培训课程。
For helping user to master the operation, usage and the maintenance of different kinds of generators correctly, we offer the training service for free charge.
售后服务 / After sales service
我公司十分重视售后支持，对用户建立电脑存档，跟踪服务，定期巡检，维修中心具有快速反应的管理体系，接到服务请求后，做到24小时反应，以最快交通工具赶到设备现场并着手处理故障。
Our company think highly of the support atter selling, establishing the computer backup and follow the service to the customer, check up periodically,the repair center has the management system that fleetness respond, after receiving the service claim serve for 24 hours,to eliminate the break-down.
